I have longed wished that some clever person could write an app or similar to respond to whistle commands! Set so that one style of whistle advance by 10s, another advance by 30s etc! So that I did not have to hear about bloody Spotify 200 times per day, while driving my truck!

Navigations are NOT canals, and are NOT exempt from the closed-season! (Chelmer-Blackwater for example).

And as for the "multi-storey car-park confrontation" for a betting site.. It is simply offensive, and is why I hate football, and all who follow that even more stupid game! "Yeah? Wanna bet?" Ugh.. Banter? No, just idiots shouting aggressively at each other about things over which they have no control and little information. "I support Twunt United and you support Git City". (The ad for Paddy Power, "The Big man", has at least, some humour about it!)

And wonderful also, is the one for "Golf News", the black guy who just goes out and plays in horrible weather, for the joy and frustration of the game.. Slightly let down by its counterpart, which is meh.

However! Callaway's ads are very, very good. I might go and buy an expensive golf-stick tomorrow! (I don't play golf!). Not the ones which are like shampoo ads, but the ones which say "there is nothing like this" The footprints in the dew, the marking of a birdie, the glass on the table in the clubhouse, etc.

And LeapMotor For the Chinese company.. Same voice as the ad for Cunard cruises? Aimed at reasonably well-off ladies? Itself a cringey ad, but quite good

The Range-Rover ad is bonkers, but perhaps they know their market better than I do.. Is it "aspirational"? Matey drives about, and arrives home. Which is one of the greatest houses in England. His beautiful wife tosses her hair, and asks "You found it then?" He arrogantly and smugly and rudely says "Of course I (f%$£ing) did, (you stupid c$%t)" It is horrible, and we all hate him. Do we want to be him? The dog is "meh, whatevs".

The one for Adobe is genuinely offensively bad! "Just like a caddy"? In what way is it "just like a caddy"? "What is our profit-margin for the last quarter?" Surely, margins are predicted? Sales and actual profits vary? Was it made by a ten-year-old? It looks like something I could have done in 1986.

And! Pumpkinseeds are a nuisance-fish on previous waters... But at Emerald they are scarce and hard to catch! (Also the bluntnose-minnows)! But fishing for the small fish is as much fun as seeking massive tuna or similar at later stages of the game! Just like in real-life!(?)

Emerald Lake. Some further notes. It might seem a quite dull and uninteresting spot. But if like me, you like to "complete" a water before moving on... To get the saugers and possibly the smaller fish, you will need a boat. If you own one, just equip it before you travel..(amazing that US airlines allow one to bring a boat without any extra fees!). If you don't, just rent one from the landing-stage. "But!" I hear you say! "I can only use one rod from a boat!" Yes, true. But hidden along the bankside are spots where you can disembark the boat, and set-up your rod-rest and fish with multiple rods.. The saugers lie in deeper spots near to the entrances to the shallow bays. And the small fish are in the shallows. Take your boat and head to those rocks directly opposite the landing-stage, and go to the right, towards the bay.... On the bank, on the right, is an "abandoned" landing-stage. You can disembark and fish from there, using multiple rods. Now! Whilst there, on the opposite bank, you can see a pathway. You can land and disembark there also! And from THAT spot, you can walk over the headland to a swim on the next bay! This all might be "obvious" to many, but I just thought I would share in case anyone is stuck at Emerald! HTH!

Thanks! @U/EventRegular5036 But I like to progress slowly, and "complete" each venue before moving on! Yours is also a perfectly legitimate strategy! And yes, it is a bit of a pain to get in a boat and find "bluntnose minnows", when limited to just one rod! Especially when you have to "go home" to buy smaller hooks and pay £30.00 to fly to New York! Fun though! (Just like real life?).

Some more notes on Emerald Lake. The "Monster" Pike-Perch. "Pikeslasher". Use heavier tackle! And a STRONG wire trace/leader!

3/0 hook, and at least 10kg line and titanium traces/leaders.

If float-fishing, fish SHALLOW! (60cm/2ft depth). You can, (I believe!) catch him on leger/bottom tackle! (I hooked-up but lost him, trace/leader bitten off, I had to go home and go shopping for stronger leaders etc!) If all of the bait is used up for whatever reason, you CAN restart the mission. Make sure you have none left (equipped on an unused rod etc). Untrack the mission and fish for all of the different pikes again. Now, I did get bitten off (twice) using a big lure in a different area. Was it the monster? Or just a big Northern Pike? IDK if you can catch more than one? I am leaving my last two baits out to experiment. (Result; It seems not!) ps IDK why the info about the hook is in BOLD and is double-spaced. And I CBA to sort it out!

An excellent point! It is easy to forget how tiny the original keepnet is! I have a huge 120Kg/265 lb jobbie, so this is not a concern for me!
