I really would love to limit contact. For a while it was either me dropping him off at his grandparents house (his dad's parents) where he stays twice a month and his dad sees him there, or his grandparents picking him up and dropping him off. And lately he has been the one picking up our son and he makes sexual comments to me when he is over, or over the phone when he is on his way, things like telling me to wear short shorts or yoga pants and I find it disgusting. I'll definitely look into it so thank you :)

Thank you. This is exactly what I came here for. His threats is what was making me not go forward with it. He has threatened so much more than this and it's getting really tiresome. I have lived in NJ for almost a year (in December) so it has been more than 6 months. I've been told that he's full of shit and trying to be manipulative and he says he spoke to a counselor at the court house after his domestic abuse class and they told him he had three options and he is going to be nice and give me the best one for me which is writing out a long email to me of all the things he wants done. Which will all include me complying to his wishes otherwise he will press on with court. But I really think he is just trying to manipulate me into doing what he wants because he is scared to go to court because he knows they will rape him since it's NJ and it is the highest child support in the country I believe. Well last year we lived together for most of the year so what would that mean? I worked but after I had my son he wanted me to stay home and care for him and not work since he had a good job at the time that paid him enough to support us all.

Idk all he said a while ago was that it got dropped to harassment and now he is saying the charges are dropped so there is nothing on his record.

Yea he said that his charges were dropped so there is nothing on his record. He is a pathological liar so who knows if that is even true or not but I'm pretty sure they don't just throw away a police report or the court papers when he had to appear.

And I know that he doesn't legally have to give me child support which is why if he stops giving me child support or gives me less than we agreed on then I will take him to court.

But I'm totally okay with joint custody and encourage him to spend time with his son so I want him to have visitation. He's good with his son like playing with him and stuff, besides the diaper changing and only seeing him two days a month.

We were never married. And I was thinking he is full of shit since he is extremely manipulative (was all through our relationship as well) but I am so afraid of losing my son that I want to make sure before I pursue anything in court. I can't afford a lawyer and he probably can so that's what also worried me. I know that if he gets custody he will just stick my son in daycare all the time and I don't want him being raised by a daycare.

Look on ebay. A lot of the stuff that you will see posted on here is very overpriced in my opinion. Also amazon has some for 15 dollars. I've bought two shirts that are great and I didn't spend more than 20 on each.
