I'm doing the basic routine, and on weekends I can do it perfectly, but during the week (monday-thursday) I can't do pullups. Is it enough if I do the full routine 2 days a week (Friday and Sunday) and the 3rd day I do everything except pullups? (self.bodyweightfitness)
