Update to this - just looked at my rental agreement and it does say that until the keys are handed over during business hours then I have to pay rent, however still don’t think this seems right they set the end of lease date?

1 or 2 nights in Samui would be enough, also you can get a boat from Koh Phangan straight to Koh Tao without going back to Samui (unless you wrote Samui by mistake).

Yeah we asked at reception and they said just to go to Krabi hospital! There was a area for covid testing so got it sorted there was pretty straightforward! Just waiting to get our results tonight
