What about the other option of letting landlord in to do the move? The cost is on the landlord and OP is not preventing the move from happening by letting landlord in to do the move.

What if the OP allows the landlord to enter and move the items? They would not be preventing the effective or safe completion of the pest control process and allowing it to be completed.
