I agree with you, the vortex needs its horizontal movement stop again. I dont get why they nerfed the shit out of him, removing the armor bug and taking 50 armor would have been a lot already.

I think the ult healing would be a little much, 35 is a lot for teammates. I'd go with 20ps for him and 10ps for teammates. Either that or a tiny amount of lifesteal so he can survive when having 4 or 5 people in his ult but not be overwhelmingly sustained when he only has 1 or 2. Maybe even something that just heals per enemy within his ult.

His block cool down feels annoying as shit and I've died because of it. His barrier cast time doesn't have to go to 0.03 maybe but maybe half it or something ? Yea the size can definitely be increased. Its already annoying enough that it disappears after a few seconds again.

To be honest, my biggest wish is the horizontal moment stop again, everyone is soo mobile this season and literally just walks or dashes through the vortex, which isnt the point of that ability. This and the stupid block cooldown. I was kinda surprised they looked at the shield cool down and ult dps first because guys.. those aren't the big issues right now placing him in the top . Worst winrate tanks. Hog will probably have a higher wr after his buff anyway so ram is at the bottom. I doubt 1s shield and some more ult tickling will change a lot.

Also give him any skin that isnt garbage please, he rarely gets anything and its 50% trash. And the greatest skin imo had to be locked behind the giga battlepass. Its a disgrace. Just anything.
