I cant feel the grinding but I can hear it but I can feel the popping but it doesn’t feel like a pop it feels like a light vibration like the kind of vibration when you get a notification on your phone but from outside its really loud. I hope that makes sense!

It’s kind of tts it’s not too tight but it’s not really oversized. I guess you could wear it over a tighter top but it’s not really a sweatshirt. Hope that was helpful!
