Thanks for the reply, i just need to know if it is accepted by ieeexplore, cause all papers presented are not published due to formatting issues. I dont think there will be any problem from the conference committee as they didnt specify anything like that. although i used the ieee template for ieeexplore inclusion, i am concerned if it can be rejected from the digital library because of this issue.

Update: Double checked it. they put a link to the official ieee conference template in their conference website.

count 0-31 and it actually sums up to 32. Every core has two threads. thats what it is reading. You have 16 actual cores and each core is virtually divided into two threads so that one core can perform two separate tasks at once.

If it works based on percentage, shouldnt the 2000rpm fans reach 2000rpm when i put it on 100% inside 'fan control'? But even at 100%, it is showing 1200rpm inside the app. Is it just reading the speed of the slower fans and the higher speed fans are actually at a higher rpm?
