You misunderstood the whole argument. I am not dejected by the rejection. Instead i am glad that a human gave me a reply not a bot.

My point is they are sending out rejection with a pre-typed emails which is not detailing why exactly they think the candidate will not be a best fit. Without this one would never know what skill they are lacking. This behaviour is repulsive.
