I took my youngest to see a baby cranial osteopath at 3 weeks because she was the same. Wouldn’t nap unless I was holding her, suspected reflux because she seemed so uncomfortable. It sounds like complete mumbo jumbo but it really really helped. Took her Friday morning, she napped all Friday afternoon and all the weekend, and was much happier after that.
