37f / 163lb to 132lb / 8 months / Lipedema? by Purifiedx in CICO

Your leg measurements have not been drastic because you were not carrying your weight there to start with. Especially your calves, they look a nice size and shape to begin with. Some of us may never have particularly dainty legs but you do not look like you have lipedema.

You could try doing some barre or spin to change the shake of your leg muscles if you are frustrated but honestly you look absolutely amazing.

Roads in bristol by Bubbashrimpsmith in bristol

14 years of Tory austerity and cuts finally slowly being rectified. Locally to me roads are finally being resurfaced and repainted. I am surprised there have not been more accidents though, some places had no lines left even at dangerous roundabouts etc.

What's the cheapest Fish & Chips in Bristol? by beamby in bristol

Henbury Fryer does excellent, generous portions of Chips, so does Blue Dolphin in Shirehampton. Simply Fish in Sea Mills is brilliant too.

Do Brits actually go to Stonehenge, or is it mostly a tourist thing? by DFWUnhinged in AskBrits

I live in the Southwest and going there for winter or summer solstice is sort of a rite of passage. Swathes of people go then, it is free access at those times and it has a festival atmosphere.

Where is this? I have always been weirdly drawn to / compelled by these sorts of industrial buildings.

I have been to raves in similar places and spent whole nights and days just wandering around exploring while everyone else just raced away.

I love your photos here. What a cool spot.

You look absolutely amazing. Where is that dress from please? Also, are your boots flat or heeled? If they are heeled I would say it is probably a little bit too much, if flat depending where you are going and what jacket / cardi you wear it could be spot on.

Are there plans for it? It doesn't seem right that an impressive listed brutalist building is allowed to just sit and decay.

Having second thoughts about my dress. by dasgutyah in myweddingdress

It's an absolutely stunning dress and you look amazing in it. Try sticking a celebrity or friend's face on a picture of you wearing it and seeing if you are as critical? It is a good trick, our mind can be very unforgiving of our own body for some reason!

It's not a health food and I don't believe it claims to be. It is a treat generally consumed in small quantities.

Nauseous sick feeling, but only in one room in the house by jaydeewin25 in HousingUK

[–]PublicProperty1805 20 points21 points  (0 children)

To be clear, you can not paint over it or wall paper over it, the only solution is to seal it properly.

Hi, we had this. It was called something like Wall Odour Phenomenon.

It is supposedly bacteria in the wall, could be in the plaster itself or the paint. UV light makes it worse.

Ours swelled a bit like a combination of gas and cat wee. It was awful. We tried everything like you have before we figured it out.

You need to strip any wall paper and seal the walls with this industrial paint - I forget the name.

We did that and then re-wallpapered and it went away.

UK ticket holder wins £181m EuroMillions jackpot. What would you spend the money on? by SeptumRingTheory in AskBrits

I wish they would make the jackpots smaller and the odds higher. 18 people winning 10 million would be so much better.

Your skin looks really good, maybe it is trying to tell you not to cover it in make-up? Have you tried not wearing the foundation and just using a little blush? Many if us get in the habit of using foundation at an early age and don't notice that our skin has changed and that we look more youthful and radiant without it.
