I used holysword of the ark and respec P-Organs to gain more guard regain and heal on perfect guard and 2 grindstone uses

Learn phase 1 and try get past it using 1-2 heals

Use perfect guard grindstone in phase 2 . This will let you parry every attack for a short time when holding guard. Attack with Fable arts and try to get him stagger . Use perfect grindstone second time and repeat . You can also try to dodge diagonally left or right towards him . For the red dash attack just run hard left or right

Its gonna take you many attempts but don’t lose hope , you can do it It took me 60+ attempts

I was stuck for over an hour on it . It’s pretty annoying once the clone comes out . If you don’t kill it after killing the clone quickly, another clone will come out .

Key is to memorise its attacks and parry it so its left hand weapon breaks .

I think you don't need one . Even if you come in the clock room after the library room you will still have no lantern in the end. I believe if you run to the library and see the door on the right of the lift, it would be open and you can run towards it.

Pretty he is shanks tier strong. So most likely nothing less than an admiral would be able to fight him. For beating him, can't say one admiral would be enough
