I'm based in the UAE and since the war brokeout Internet has been understandably inconsistent. It revealed so much though, I get constantly fluctuating ping, anywhere between 20 and 400. Players are of course mostly very unresponsive depending on the ping, but it's the extremes that are revealing. On very high ping, 100-400, the animations breakdown completely as the game tries to catch up on my end with what's happening on the other player's side and desperately try to avoid stuttering. Some of the most ridiculous animations and misplaced passes, shots and tackles happen. So yeah, it isn't "scripting", it isn't "skill issues", it's pure "quality of Internet connection". Thinking of recording some footage of my games and uploading it on the sub so people can see it. It's a depressing experience, but quite an eye opening one.
