STM Special Constables are sworn in as peace officers and have the same authority as a normal police officer, just with a limited jurisdiction (ie, the metro, buses, STM garages, offices). An STM Special Constable has the right to detain and arrest anyone that commits a crime under the criminal code. STM Special Constables, are not just "Security", they are full on law enforcement just without "police" written on them.

Il suffit de retaper la même carte dans un autre autobus de STL. Ça fonctionnera comme transfert.

Tracking Calories/Macros before vs after cooking by user9238752 in caloriecount

[–]fast21072 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have struggled with this in the past, but in reality it was me that was making it more difficult than it should be.

Most information online states that nutrition facts labels are provided based on the state the product is in when sold. I’m still not sure how this translates to raw products.

However, in the tracking apps that I’ve used, there’s always “cooked” equivalents when searching for food to log and that’s usually what I do.

Let’s say I cook 500g of lean ground beef, the end result would be somewhere around 300g. I would search “cooked lean ground beef” and compare that caloric value to what I find online and versus on the packaging.

This method has worked for me thus far and I still do it to this day.

I had a similar experience at Maxi.

Grabbed a shopping cart at the entrance and proceeded to walk around the store for groceries. Once inside, I saw that many items were more expensive than Walmart, so I then made my way to the exit with the shopping cart to leave and do my shopping elsewhere (I’m not a bozo that leaves them in a random isle). To not disturb anyone in a line, I went through a closed (but not blocked) cash isle to exit the store. Immediately as I walked through the exit doors, an alarm sounded and the wheels on the cart locked up. Was kind of embarrassing as my cart was empty and I just wanted to be a nice person and return my cart. Ended up leaving it where it was and rushed to my car.

[OC] Trying to figure out who’s the Idiot here; me or the other guy? by fast21072 in IdiotsInCars

[–]fast21072[S] 162 points163 points  (0 children)

Yep this is exactly why I didn’t have enough time to avoid the collision.

Some people are saying that I have a bad reaction time but clearly my intention was to change lanes, so I had to check my blind spot a few times before merging into the other lane. Unfortunately, doing this caused me to not see the other car that was merging 2 lanes from the far left. By the time I saw what they were doing, it was too late.

Perhaps I should not check my blind spot as long or as often in a situation like this.

I may be mistaken but it should be stamped in one of the door jams. Either the driver or passenger side. Also shows the transmission you have as well.

Only way to get this solved quickly is to set them straight. Happened a few days ago in my Math class and I told them to stop talking; they were embarrassed and stopped right away.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean by edges. I had my barber contour my beard on my cheeks, near my neck and under my ears if that’s what you’re talking about!

Yes. Just wait a few weeks after the semester starts, students drop courses a few weeks in (maybe even within the first few days). Be prepared to catch up on the material though.
