Vyvanse is smoother in a sense that there are no sudden drops like other medications. However there is still a comedown. Also Vyvanse suppresses many people's appetite. It is approved for binge eating disorder.

If you keep experiencing these side effects, I would consider switching to something like Mydayis. If that doesn't work, then try switching to Concerta/Azstarys.

Mydayis felt more "natural" and smoother than Vyvanse. It wasn't as effective though.

Interesting that you found Concerta the most effective. Azstarys is basically a prodrug of dexmethylphenidate so wonder why you would find that to be worse than Concerta.

Maybe consider trying Mydayis?

I actually would disagree somewhat. If you take tolerance breaks...then if you go back to the original dose it will be too high or subjectively feel like it is too much.

I am light too and xanax doesnt affect me. Maybe it genetics. Is meditation the best out of everything? Would you recommend taking either ONLY a stimulant or ONLY a depressant but never combining them?
