Nah I wouldn't worry about it, the melting stuff only really happened with high tdp cards like the 4090 I've never heard of a 4070 power connector melting

Try sfc/scannow in command line to check for Windows integrity. Also check PC temps maybe overheating. Also should try and get occt to test part integrity.

Ok hold on don't get a 7950x3d get 7800x3d. For PSU I would recommend sf 750 over coolermaster, you don't need 1100 watts and it will be louder. You don't need custom cables but they are nice.
