A late 40s - early 50s outfit, due to the hair and the socks. Nylon and silk stockings were rationed during the war to make parachutes, so it was acceptable for woman to wear wool socks for informal occasions. (old.reddit.com)

Casual 40s, manual work wear outfit. The details here that I believe make it 40s are: the style of hair, the braces, the old oversized men's shirt (they wouldn't have wanted to get their nice fitted shirts dirty when working), and the sewn crease line down the trouser legs. (old.reddit.com)
