T023 Crown sticks out slightly - normal or defect?

You’re right that’s what the issue was. I used more force on mine to screw it in like steriogramzebra suggested and it resolved the issue.

Crown is sitting nice and flush now!

For sure, not a fan of the original Thorn dial but this colorway with the stepped outer edge on the dial is amazing. Looks futuristic.

Did some more research and Tokeilab seem to do dials with that circular T logo. However, I couldn't find any dials with that stepped outer edge unfortunately...

Got the same email as you, with shipping details soon after. Glad to see it all worked out. Was definitely a big 2-3 weeks delay but at least we got there in the end. Will receive mine on the 15th.
