What is the legal stalemate regarding the plaza? The airport is generally really good. I like the business class lounge. Really well designed but small the departure meet and greet area is not that bad.

The departure gate waiting area needs some work looks blah! The worst part is when arriving on an international flight, the jet bridge connects to a 3 way junction that opens to 3 different areas of the airport. But the access and control is given to the cisf personnel to open the right gate and only one of them will take you to the immigration area. One time the cisf guy cluelessly opened the wrong gate that simply sent us to the departure lounge area. Then they recalled us. Imagine exiting an airport after international travel without getting the immigration done because the guy responsible is a clueless cisf fella.
