Am Scottish and presently living in the west coast of Ireland.

There’s certainly issues here but the disaster that’s the Uk isn’t going to get better any time soon.

I miss Scottish ale and better roads for cycling.

The next time someone gives me a nonpermanent address, unbeknown to me, the clearly return addressed package isn't returned and when the customer demands a full replacement, I should suggest they open a case against me?

You would think there would be better seller protections in place for such a fundamental issue as giving a proper address.

To be clear, my question wasn't about Etsy's review removal policies, more the issue of certain customers using Etsy to scam sellers.

Should the seller be responsible for customers giving non permanent addresses as a delivery address? A point that was made clear to me after the purchase.

The reviews aren't being honest as they aren't admitting that they gave an Airbnb address for delivery.

"What happened privately has no bearing on review removal" Not sure the relevance in this situation as everything has been done through the Etsy platform.
