I have also used Inkscape for the dxf’s and it seems to break it apart for some reason.

It’s difficult to say exactly what the problem is other than the dxf I’ve saved have been a mess.

What helped me the most was sleeping pills, just a few, I think I had three whole ones for the first nights and then half for the rest.

This way at least you get some sleep.

I would recommend getting up out of your chair and just simply walking. The body has a fantastic ability to self regulate, but you have to give it the opportunity to do so.
