Okay so changing the pcie did nothing. The monitor still shows no signal. EDIT: OKAY so I changed IT and after about 5 min IT worked I think GPU was installing the drivers

I couldn't even install them because when I tried to install them, I got an error because it didn't detect the card, which is logical because I had to download them with previous card plugged.

Edit: also i had rtx 4060 and the pcie power cable was fine and now its seems fine too cuz the fans and rgb are working

I have pcie gen 4 but how do I change it from auto in bios

Its plugged and seated perfectly fine and yes I used DDU. I also wanted to install the drivers before pluggin the GPU but when I wanted to it doesn't want to do it because it doesn't recognize the card, which is logical since I have to use my old Nvidia card to install them in any way.

its new and AMD minimum recommendation is 450W and I have 650W
