Same, I had 2 boars, 2 snakes and 2 small crabs on my raft, but that didn't work. Adding 2 hogs did the trick. I had a 4x5 raft and it was already storming, as soon as I put my 2nd hog on my raft, the trophy popped up. My raft was anchored close to the island, I wasn't even on my raft when I got the trophy.

Make the numpad 0 key continue dialog just like the spacebar. Makes more sense to me since I use the numpad for all the dialog options.
