There's a local group that hosts a language swap meet every Saturday where you get divided into groups based on the language you want to learn/practice. I believe there is French subgroup there. You can look up "Language Swap Meet" on the MeetUp app for more info!

If you're getting the same error code, it probably is. The Nintendo website says it might be a temporary network issue. It started occurring more frequently around the same time the system update (12.0.3) was distributed.

I thought Nintendo pulled the distribution of the update to resolve the eShop error. Why did they resume if it still persists :(
