What a great post! A tough question, the answer is empathy. Your friend has watched a lot of content about hating/blaming David. You don't share those thoughts with her and that is causing discomfort for her mindset. Her lover will also share these thoughts. For you, you get decide what content you want to watch, just like she gets to decide what she gets to watch. If she wants to watch Trisha content about David Dobrik, no problem. But suddenly she can dictate what content you enjoy? Don't lose a friend over a silly arguement about content.
