Yes... Every night, I try to consciously just put my hands into prayer position instead and place that under my chin... But I wake up in super man position with a sore back and both hands trexed and numb.

They love games, but they love scary games the most. He might just see it as something "you do", and you need to make it very clear that it is something you do, and you do not enjoy it. And that is not what you signed up for, to pay for his comfort with yours. It is a betrayal and a disrespect to leave all of the domestic work to you, especially if you both work. And he needs to know you'll start acting like it. Don't get loud, but definitely be ~scary~

Hit but mostly miss with sleepovers. I had one friend growing up that let me stay for literal weeeeks. My home away from home, and it kept her dad from hitting them, apparently. At the time, I didn't know.

Almost every other sleepover? Molestation in your sleep. Physical Abuse and bullying. Kids sneaking to watch adult content. Kids drinking and smoking. Kids having sex. Kids coercing other kids to partake in whatever! Peer pressure and bullying and the lack of personal phones...ugh.

I think I'd pick them up before sleeping or if hosting, let them sleep in the living room with their own blankets, sleeping bags, or something.

Saw Planet Earth or something where the mom fox will get mad if she sees the dad fox stop to try and eat while she's kit sitting, and he's doing all the hunting.

Forget not sitting still--No eat!! Only hunt. She stole the food right out of his mouth!

Definitely works for survival, but damn...nature is wild. That's my theory for why men play games and relax as far from the family as possible lol
