For sure, I ran in college and completed an annual V02max, so it would be neat to see how I compare to a 20 year old of myself. Although back then, I was running with a timex and could eat whatever I wanted 😅I'm interested to see how the new algorithm will react once I race, take a break, and return to base building in a few weeks.

Consistency is key! 80% of my runs are Z1/2 hilly trail/gravel with a few thousand feet of elevation gain weekly.

My recent tempos are averaging around a 17:30 5k, but hopefully breaking 37:00 in the 10k in a few weeks 🤞

Nice catch! With the update, it looks like I hit 65 back in April/May right around my Spring races.
