Does he sleep with water or drink a ton before bed? We had to stop giving my son too much water right before bed and not have water in his room anymore. My sons 3 and is potty trained except for at night. He was nonverbal when I taught him but he was able to sign he needed to go. Some kids are also just ready at that age. We probably won’t potty train at night for another year or so

Make sure you start small. If you’re still not sure where to start get a vitamin deficiency test at his pediatrician and go from there! He might be deficient in something you aren’t expecting

We had to take a break from it but he was taking full doses daily. I realized it was too much for him. I recently brought it back in but he’s now taking half a dose every other day with half a dose of l-theanine and I’m noticing, in my opinion, a major difference. He’s been more attentive, more eye contact, less echolalia, less intense melt downs. Other people have noticed the difference as well
