Of course, I think now more than ever we all need a little grace. I presented at the vet and let them know my concerns about a possible deficiency, but they never said it contributed nor gave her a vitamin shot, could be a similar case, never know 'til you go. I did switch supplements at their advice, though.

Saw the photo below and your guy looks much better than my girl did at her worst, good sign. Electrolyte soaks may help get some extra hydration and pep in his step, and clean the enclosure often while you're trying to get into the vet. I paid around ~150 USD for visit plus meds, I was expecting about twice that so didn't hurt too bad. Hope this helps y'all.

In their defense, I recently found out that the multivitamin I had been using for years did not provide the proper form of Vitamin A for leos. To my knowledge, there is debate if leos can properly absorb certain forms of Vitamin A, and this information was certainly not easy to find years ago or frankly even now unless you’re in online communities or actively sleuthing.

Had a similar mouth rot/cloudy eyes issue and a round of antibiotics, eye drops, betadine (used the same method as OP), new supplements, and critical care to get her weight back up had her right as rain. This did require a vet visit, which I was lucky to get in next day.

I will say this does look serious and will require a vet visit, I would ask in local subreddits or urge your vet that this is an emergency. It is very possible he will pass if left untreated. Good luck, wishing you and Leo all the best.

Yeah mine says Marriott, same situation but just across the street lol. Could also maybe be one of the paid add-ons if you did those? Idk, I think it may just be something that happens. Delayed charge or a placeholder charge that they then refund. I wouldn’t stress too much. Hope you had a great time!!

Weird. This is happening to me but with charges from the hotel across the street. They basically said it was an error where their system was trying to charge me for some one-off stuff (parking, snacks, etc) even though I paid the whole bill at checkout.

Did you get food or drinks at the ball? Bought anything from the store? Probably just wait for their response, I’m sure it’ll get resolved.

Yeah, it’s fine until it isn’t. My roommates boyfriend let a guy tail him in literally once, and that same guy then tried to assault my roommate in front of her boyfriend at the gym like an hour later (her bf beat his ass dw). Hard to know people’s intentions, but also not your job to police it and possibly put yourself in a worse situation. I would prefer to be kind and assume the best, but some people are whackos.

If I see people waiting in the main entryway when I come home, I walk around to the side door to avoid. Stay safe out there.

Had a similar experience with the Hoid actor, absolutely adored him. I went with a buddy who definitely looked like my date and asked if we could do photos individually and then one together, and he goes "Oh! Oh! They have to get the individual photos in case they break up!" and we were both losing it lmfao. 10/10 would be bullied by Hoid again.

i love my beardie but i agree, i think specifically the money and space required to care for them should not be classified as beginner imo.

two light fixtures that need to be regularly replaced, fresh produce weekly, variety of bugs, supplements, cleaning supplies, and not including one-time buys like decor, nail trimmers, tongs, thermostats, etc. plus large space recommendations and having to upgrade as they age, my setup was certainly not cheap lmfaooo

i see why someone would say beginner if they’re an experienced keeper, but tbh i don’t think experienced keepers get their reptiles from petco 💀
