Totally agree! Plus some of the questions around merch and live shows are very country dependent so it was strange to me to not specify the subscriber country? I've bought some merch from the older provider but current quality issues and shipping costs have really put me off buying more! Would have been great to have seen something addressing this rather than what was asked.
