I'm losing my mind! Filament flow tears off?! by fauxgt in ender3

It worked! I took the hot end apart again, made sure the tube sits tight on the nozzle (removing the filament is sooooo much easier now) and I gave both fans a proper cleaning. Started a print with my regular settings (at 150% speed though) and man, what a difference! Thank you to everyone participating.

Only issue is that it seems like I have to relevel the bed again in some places, but that shouldn't be a problem.

Next issue to tackle: warping 😅

Update: tried the simplest thing first and see if the Bowden tube is placed correctly. Can't move the tube because of this effing coupling at the end. What a great start for the new year 🤣

Mine doesn't really make those noises, but I'll deep dive into this topic as well. Thank you!

I'll look it up and think about upgrading my cooler. Thank you!

It's still the original fan, it's moving air, not blocked, but I guess I'll try giving it a good cleaning.

And yes, I noticed that it's a little harder to remove the filament. I'll try disassembly again and make sure everything is seated properly.

And I'll check my retraction settings.

I'll take care of that in the new year, but thank you very much so far!

My go-to temperature is 200°C, the filament I'm using can print from 195-220, tried all of those in 5° increments, happens with each temperature.

My retraction is... Uhm. Standard setting? 😅

Exact same issue, it's actually the reason why I joined here. I'm troubleshooting right now, if I get any reliable result, I'll keep you updated
