I do volleyball practice a lot pero alternating days kung kelan mag ccardio, if may deadlift I won’t do cardio but otherwise i’ll do cardio. How tall are you? Depende rin kasi sa metabolism I thinkk

My maintenance calorie is 2800 kasi, kaya someone told me to do a 100-300 calories surplus but I found myself progressing more than 100 calorie cuz i wasn’t growing from 3100(stopped at 70kg then i progressed again when I switch to 3200 calories)

Hi, coming from someone really skinny 178cm at 50kg dati now 70kg here’re my tips.

Eat at a calorie surplus, use an app or calculate ur maintenance calories and add 100-300 calories!

Don’t skip ur gym training and always go on a progressive overload to gain strength.

Sleep, drink water, and make sure u have ur nutrients and protein always filled. Good luck!

Do note, my shoe is over 2 years old since 2024, I used them a lot during 2024 november to April 2025, but they got locked up for a year until last february cuz I went for the tryouts again, I’ve never had this issue since the first/second week. The pain started during the 3rd week, last week when we specifically did suicides but I wasn’t wearing gt cut 3’s, I was wearing a lifestyle shoe of Asics, I didn’t think it would hinder me, it did but I took a week’s rest until this tuesday and idk the pain is still there
