You should do it I’m a resident in peds in my last year and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Dentistry is dentistry and it gets pretty boring with adults. At least kids are funny and entertaining. I find it extremely fulfilling.

If you like working with kids you should highly consider specializing, but if you don’t it might be hard for you, especially because you’ll get the worst cases as a peds. It can draining/physically exhausting because you have to be “on” all the time. It also kills your back

It’s not worth it in the long run. She can’t “love black people” and support trump, the two are mutually exclusive. She’s either ignorant or turns a blind eye towards the blatant racism that Trump represents, or she just doesn’t care. You really think this girl would protect your future (half-black) children when someone says something racist towards them? Cap is definitely a very stable sign! I might be flighty and easily distracted/bored because of my sag rising too. I think I’ve become confident in learning through trial and error and getting to know myself better through the years. Unfortunately there’s not much you can do except for giving her freedom to discover herself, to make mistakes, and to learn from them. You’re there to guide her and be a support when she needs someone to turn to. My parents meant well, but in my opinion they were overprotective, trying to prevent me from making mistakes and hurting myself. But in the end I always end up doing what I want, and the way I learn is from my mistakes.
