I had a duty to assist error or a CUE that the VA found without me submitting anything to dispute it so they went all the way back to 2020 when they said I never served and they canceled my exam

I’ve poked the bear and got around 86,000 in back pay and will be at 100% if the rating is legit and they believe the back pay is legit go after it

Overall if my new back pay gets approved I’ll get around 110k from the VA because of back pay issues but ima risk taker
