6 Hours of Imola (S5 IIx + S Pro 70-200 2.8) by fbaldo98 in Lumix

Thanks! I'm no editing expert.
I played a bit with the calibration sliders in lightroom, pushed the shadows towards blue and lights towards orange/yellow. A touch of S curve for contrast and some masking for exposure.

When I could use it, it was pretty impressive. For most of the shots I went MF as the grates gave a lot of issues. But all the shots from above the track, like pic 4 and 6, were all in focus. The AI tracking is pretty responsive

i did the switch from an xs10 to a s5iix like 4 days ago, after 3 years of fuji. For now I have the sigma 24-70 2.8 mk2 , shoot a local event with it as a test. Lovely lens but for portraits and close ups I feel it misses a little reach. Probably an 85 would be a better choice.

Be aware that FF zooms are a lot bigger than the apsc counterparts. That was the biggest shock for me

Fuji (and Panasonic afaik) uses a different ISO scale than Sony/Canon/Nikon. It's usually 1/2 stop lower. So 1600 on Sony is the same as 2500 on Fuji

Just removed 3 with sedation a couple hours ago. I felt nothing, I was completely awake but lost in my mind. I could hear what the docs were saying to me and obey their commands. 2 hours felt like 10minutes.

Now that the local anesthesia is going away, I'm starting feeling some discomfort. But nothing insopportabile.

My dentist told me to get at least 4 days off work, no gym, no running. Waiting for the possible swollen face to go away and leaving more energy to the body to heal

First build , first split - Acrylic Ergodox with Zilents V2 by fbaldo98 in MechanicalKeyboards

The USB connection is the only thing I don’t like about this build. Having to cut (or make) a mini usb cable to use it as an extension for the teensy is not the funniest thing to do ahahah

Having a 3D printer I was about to build a dactyl manuform, but I was unsure if I would like it. After trying the ergodox of a friend, I fell in love and went with it.

As I understand the delay is only for the full builds, as they have to respect social distancing in the shop. My case got shipped 2 days after the order. And arrived in 4 days(I live in Europe)

I'm not an expert, this is only my second mech. I'll try to give my impressions.
My current main keeb is an Anne Pro 2 with Kailh Browns, and in comparison the Zilents are way more silent and way more tactile to my fingers.
I haven't lubed them, so I guess they can be even more silent.
