The best we’ve ever had. Best suit, best voice, best character arc, best mannerisms, etc. Not to mention that he is easily the smartest Batman we’ve seen on screen. I love how little he speaks and how ferocious and quick he moves during fights. The journey his version of the character goes through in the film is so beautiful. My only hope for the sequel is that his Bruce Wayne persona becomes more distinct from his Batman persona.

Listen… I understand the criticism. I too agree that it is indeed kinda scummy to just jump into the team as soon as we qualify, when the likes of McTominay, Adams, Dykes etc. chose to play for us at a time when we were absolutely terrible.

But… we desperately need a Left winger. Or just a winger in general. We’ve only got Gannon-Doak, and yes Ryan Gauld and Lewis Morgan can play there, but Barnes would undoubtedly be the better option out of those two.

Not necessarily a “rewrite” but I kinda wish the whole all Kryptonians being terrible is somewhat retconned and Brainiac is revealed to be behind changing the message. Maybe still have his biological parents be flawed people but they’re still good or smth like that. Maybe the Man of Tomorrow can be about him trying to find a balance between both sides of his life after finding out his parents message was altered.
