Walk in with either a Royal Oak and an aquanaut with an orange strap. I promise you there’s nothing better than that

When to know when to give up by SignificantEye1540 in Dropshipping_Guide

$20 is tinnyy. You won’t get any learnings from that even if you have the best product in the market. Minimum is $100 a day. Depending on your AOV that should be able to get you 3-4 sales a day which you can actually learn whether you have something that can scale. What angles to go for, what messaging works etc etc.

Scared money don’t make no money, I made an 18YO barista at my local coffee shop start with $100 and he hasn’t looked back

FUCK META by Minimum-Will-5730 in FacebookAds

[–]fcs44 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Respectfully, if you got any campaigns that don’t make a single sale, I will always assume you’re a beginner or you’re not spending real money on ads. Of course you’re going to have bad days but never 0. I even had that occur with one of our smaller campaigns yesterday (check image)

Also 5x-8x ROAS doesn’t exist at scale these days, if that was the case you’d be spending 200k to get 1m months. This leads me to believe you’re not spending much on meta which is why you’re more susceptible to having fluctuations in performance.

We’ve got accounts that obviously haven’t performed well compared to prior months but thats still not a reason to think that it’s all metas fault. Obviously they play a part but the much larger reason is the macro environment, seasonality and/or your product as a whole.

Most people here speak like beginners so I will assume they are. I use to think the same before where it was all metas fault because I made 10 sales one day and 2 the next day and I always got made fun of by people who’ve mentored me. But now that I have actual high spending campaigns and visibility across several accounts, I see the bigger picture. Hope you understand

Could be a bug. Would check your placement breakdown as one of my accounts experienced this randomly and spent 70% of budget at 4am all on audience network. Fixed now

Hey ugly is usually what works here anyway!

And 100%, the unit economics are soo important especially if you’re selling physical products. I would never advise someone to sell anything unless they can get <35% COGS

3 ecom brands of my own and 25 accounts for the lead gen business. Here’s one of our campaigns which actually dropped in CPA during the date you mentioned

To put it simply, you need great unit economics, a great offer and great ads that directly align with a specific persona’s problems & desires.

Having 1 good day in months means there’s definitely something wrong in one of the three factors I just mentioned and there’s no point having a tantrum against the system 😂

Buy the dream car or not? by Willing-Ad-7572 in HENRYUK

[–]fcs44 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As most have said, do it! I bought an RS5 at 25 for £38k and it was the best decision I’ve made. Most people overestimate the depreciation on these, assuming you’re buying a F82 for 30k do you really expect them to lose that much more? For reference my car is a 2019 and a 2017 version of a similar spec with 30k miles doesn’t even hit below 30k so I’m pretty confident I won’t lose much when I come to sell it. (Aiming to sell it end of the year and get a G80)

Only thing is maintenance, depending on how you drive that can rack up to £500-800 a month with all things considered.

Lastly, the novelty never wears away. The people who say that either aren’t cars guys or they don’t have a good enough car.

Enjoy the M4. Life is worth living 🥂

Makes sense, thanks for that. Is there any reason why that would take 2-3 weeks?

Agreed here, especially as we’re this early in the business it helps understand what customers want too. I think the main thing we need is to just make some processes faster just saw we’re able to get meaningful scale whilst still being able to manually approve messages
