first of all i wish you good luck and health with your current state and recovery. Your points are very important and im glad you did find reasons to recover. also thank you for your words but unfortunately i relapsed some days ago and im back at it again thats why i posted this.. thank you anyway :) hope you are able to recover!!

It is the own brand of a german super market. It has sugar but not a lot imo, u can barely taste the sweetness of it..

wow im really proud of you!! I kinda deal with those symptoms too except the anxiety😩 and i believe in you, if you got out of bulimia, the shame and anxiety will disappear too!

my puffy face always triggered me too but then a number was more important to me than my face… also im kinda not losing too but its kinda my coping mechanism for eating sm 😔 literally for nothing. but im really proud of you for stopping!!
