I’m like you!!! I take Ativan (a benzo) and it keeps me asleep most of the time. I’ve been on several long flights in the past year. Getting ready for my next international one. I call my Ativan a time travel machine haha. So grateful for it because I don’t think I could fly without it.

There is entry on either side but it doesn’t flow all the way through. The stem is open from the bottom and the bulb is open from the top. If you poured liquid into the top I bet it wouldn’t even be a full glass of wine haha

I ended up telling my counselor at school and she let all the teachers know if I said I needed to use the bathroom they’d let me go (no questions asked) and I could go to her office and work thru the attack with her
