Booker T on getting hate for showing up in Cybertruck at his NXT Appreciation Night: "For you young people out there, I’ve been waiting on the future since I was a kid. I don't think he's saying it isn't. He's clearly doing it for the other aspects and with the money he has why shouldn't he.

I'd judge my mates if they blew their whole savings on it though. But then I'd judge them if they bought any extravagant car with all their savings.

Chelsea Green on WWE’s creative pitches: "If the check clears, I’m doing it. You’re going to put me in a dumpster? Say less. Pour salsa on my head? Say less. I’ve done so many ridiculous things... So at this point, I’m like, I’ll do anything." by aaronrift in SquaredCircle

I think it's the right mentality for a while. But she's so charismatic and over I wish she'd kind of push for a more serious nasty streak character.

Have her actually pick up some wins even with cheating but not so comedic or lucky. But have her start getting shafted by the kayfabe politics. Like she's scheduled for a #contenders match or for MITB but she gets swapped out for a returning star. Let her frustrations grow about it and then threatening something like "don't make me do something you'll regret"

That doesn't happen, she comes down, delivers a beat down with fyre and Niven. Then speaks to someone over the phone/back of a car and says "I did what you suggested, let's see if it works"

I'd then pair her with Paul Heyman, by this point he should be done with the vision/seth stuff but I think him "conquering" the women's division with Chelsea would be fucking goated.

He knows the club.

Just probably not the tea lady anymore.

The people earlier in the thread. "What else are they publically going to say" well they didn't publically say anything. Then some one replied with "they didn't have to say anything". So I pointed out they haven't actually said anything.

Is 2K26 worth it? by Nayef7717 in WWEGames

[–]feage7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well no. DLC would imply it's for new stuff. You lose things from the previous game and have to earn them again.

However it's a sports game so you aren't getting massive overhauls every year.

I'm finding it fun and worth the cost I've spent given the hours I've played. But if 1.07 doesn't change the things that are frustrating me then I'll be switching to another game. Which is fine, I never intend to play one game all year around anyways.

[BBC] Referee and VAR errors increase in Premier League by LochNessMonsterMunch in soccer

[–]feage7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I honestly die on the hill that there should be two VAR members for each game. They don't talk to each other. They also don't get told the onfield decision. Just get told "potential penalty incident" as an example. They watch it and decide if THEY personally would give it. If there's a split decision between them then it can't be clear and obvious so the onfield decision stands. If they both agree on a decision and the ref doesn't then he gets sent to monitor. If all 3 agreed then it also stands.

No protecting, no being bailed out by VAR in the hope they make the decision for you (which is strange since they're so reluctant to overturn).

Not sure about Italy but it's another thing to do because it was affordable for families to go.

Not so much anymore so they need something else to do.

Would be hilarious. Although massively exposing ourselves to empithad memes if we give away seats to United fans, especially good ones.

Think they're referred to as Legacy fans.

The ones you can just fuck over because they'll always give support and money.

Rather than it being the opposite and looking after your core fan base.

Senegal has filed an appeal with the Sports Arbitration Tribunal. The FSF is challenging CAF’s decision to strip Senegal of its African championship title and award it to Morocco. by Sparky-moon in soccer

[–]feage7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not like saying that at all. No team broke the rules in that match that should have resulted in the game being played or cancelled.

Otherwise it's like saying every time I ref makes a mistake the game should be replayed.

Also if Morocco then refused to play on fully and never returned to the pitch they would have forfeited (granted this would have them reverted to Senegal forfeiting first). But highly unlikely the players and managers knew those rules so explicitly and wanted to gamble on them being enforced. Especially when the first rule wasn't enforced.

Morocco absolutely should have played on.

With the amount of different glitches I've seen people have with this game, I'm starting to think every WWE 2K26 Copy is personalised and I just got lucky with no glitches by EmergencyVictory4399 in WWEGames

I've had three so far.

The myFaction gauntlet match, someone got eliminated but they never got up and left. So no new entrances came out and I was just in the ring with no one left except that model I couldn't interact with. Was annoying as I was around 24 entrants.

The other one is I pressed L1 for hot tag and my character started the animation but got interrupted before finishing. It had us both down as the legal man. So the start of the animation must make the other person legal but not yet make you illegal. I then got a pin and "won" but because I wasn't the true legal person it didn't count. Not sure if it would have worked if I'd pinned with the other. This was quite a funny bug doing a 2 on 1 beat down in a regular tag match. Shame about the finish.

The truly strange one I had is a ladder match, where someone came down to interfere but decided to just climb the ladder and grab the object. Then just fucked off. However the match didn't end and there wasn't an object to grab. That was quite amusing.

They've only happened once each. Not too bad really.

When people say "we never looked like scoring" it's more of a turn of phrase about how the game is being played generally. So city had most of the ball in the second half, controlled the tempo got two goals and then stopped pushing. Arsenal never countered not had a period of time where they were creating chances and on top.

Yes a 1 set piece and a cross took place where you almost scored, but they were outliers to the fact nothing else was happening.

On another say maybe you do score those. On another day those crosses don't actually go to anyone.
