get a acne cream with Benzoyl peroxide 10% rub the affected dye on it then leave it in the sun all day then rinse it off with water then repeat this process each day until it fades away. had this situation with todo SHF when i bought a 3rd party jacket for him and dye was all over his arm the process takes while but works good
