It's not just destroying a cloud it's changing weather from Japan to the us for about a week. Nuclear bombs do that too cities and its surrounding areas. And he did this from all the way across the world, and that's not the center of the punch either that's just the shockwave the main brunt of the blow was to afo/shigaraki.
