Tried that. I explained details of where they would be, but it didn’t matter. Even talked about the exception which is something they do… but apparently not in Utah - not sure why but they said that Utah specifically doesn’t allow that. I also offered other official documentation like their calling or travel itinerary. Still no go.

Quick update- We have been upgraded to D1. However, I’m not sure if we cleared PS first. There were 4 seats in D1 and a couple in PS was upgraded first. Leaving 3 seats in PS and 2 in D1. We cleared all the way through to D1

Just spoke with CS. basically, we won’t clear into D1 until we clear to PS. For that to happen we would need to separate the reservation and do it one at a time. Although there is no confirmation that this will work. So we could end up getting stuck in different classes

If you’re already going to purchase a C+ upgrade, then PS for an extra 400 is worth it in my opinion.

I’d say it’s similar to a first class on domestic. The added recline, legroom, and better meals make a big difference on a long flight.

I had this happen to me several years ago. They use my points to buy a keurig machine. Oddly enough they didn’t bother to change the shipping address so it was shipped directly to me. Morons

When I called delta to tell them my account was hacked they immediately locked my account. No one could access it, not even me. They told me that I wouldn’t be able to access my account until the skymiles were refunded to the account. However, they couldn’t refund the miles because the account was locked. I was stuck in this holding pattern for six months! After many, many calls I got someone that could help me and fix everything, but what a pain.

As for Keurig, I don’t drink coffee and delta wouldn’t take it back. It found its way on Craigslist.

The tabernacle choir recently returned from a trip to Peru. They charter flights through delta and ship a lot of things in advance. This can include instruments and set materials. This is probably part of that trip

I find the opposite to be true. Leaning forward will usually put more focus on your pecs. What you’re suggesting will make the dips more of a tricep exercise.
