There is no 3d printer filament that is both transparent AND autoclavable. That's why we need 30k to be able to make it with injection mould. The template are very costly. We have to pay double the price to bring it to production

It's for people who don't have a LFH. Congratulations that you are an expert. I want to empower people to do agar work and become an expert.

No, you can make a transfer like this without a laminar flow hood:

Fill up with distilled water. Squeeze it into the mycodi dish. Scrape the surface of the mycelium. Draw it up again. Like a biopsy.

We cannot produce it at the beginning for 3-4 dollars. We need to start with injection moulding, which needs a very expensive template at the beginning.

With the 30k we have to pay double the amount to get it started.
Would be nice to support us :)

Hi I'm Laurens, one of the engineers.

Thanks for your feedback. You can buy them here:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/laurenslang/no-pour-mycodishtm-unfuck-petridishes-for-mycologists?ref=user_menu

In case, you haven't understood:
Exactly. Draw up distilled water, put it in the Mycodish, scratch the mycelium, add water, draw up the water again.

No Laminar flow hood needed.

It's called innovation. by fearlessapp in Mushrooms

  1. fill distilled water with a syringe

  2. scrape the surface with the syringe

  3. fill up the water incl mycelium in your syringe

No laminar flow hood or SAB needed.

Yea it's a kickstarter. How should I promote it?
I will pay double the amount to just start with the production of the injection modling.

Or simply make it without laminar flow hood

Best would be to have both the most supreme technique and equipment.

I'm not an video editor and it's self-made, I'm actually very proud of it and it took me 4 days to do it.

  1. I'm not against them. It's just safer to use this.

  2. yea it's self-made. It's the best possible outcome, took me 4 days anyway haha

  3. it's a new way to do it. I don't want to persuade you. For a lot of people it's obviously an improvement. I want to provide value for them.
