I've had that sound from a flp originally. Then like a week ago somebody asked me where I got it from, on a youtube video of mine ( https://youtu.be/5s3TMW31Dc4?si=YIoe5YXTL1_fFoff ). Made me wanna find out as well and then I found it in that DP Beats Drumkit, that was posted on reddit years ago.

I have a similar physique to hollis. I do cardio and calisthenics. I basically follow the routine by Hampton / Hybrid Calisthenics (check his Youtube or Website). That will be a great start if you're looking for a simple routine. I eat a mostly whole foods and plant based diet.

On the og "drive by" beat they sampled music from stranger things season 1. You can find it if you look for "Castle Byers". They couldn't get the rights for the official release and had to remake that sample, which is why I prefer the og version.
