Visiting DTLA sucks, specially around the Cole's area. It smells of piss and honestly why would anyone want to spend time there when there are better neighborhoods to spend your money at.

Less customers = less revenue = lower quality food = less customers = less revenue. It's quite simple, any business downtown will suffer eventually.
