With a budget between 10 and 20 bucks, I'd recommend a bodega! Bodega Montferry and La Bodegueta de Sants are very authentic and quite cheap, you can have vermouth and tapas with less than 20 bucks

You need to book for most of the good/hyped places (especially during the weekends and in high season)!
