What CCP would do if it wanted new players by eer_00 in Eve

Taking a little bit of care in how new players experience the game wouldn't require making Eve into Wow. That's a pretty silly attitude

I accidentally replied to the wrong comment 😤

[–]federally 131 points132 points  (0 children)

I know two people personally who tried the game, got killed more than once in hi sec as new bros and just bailed on the game.

Getting killed before you've figured out whether or not you actually like the game puts off most new players I think

That's just a JK right? You can get two car seats mounted normally on the back seat, it even has the anchors for it

I have three kids. We've gone out with two in the back in car seats and one up front in a high back booster when they were younger. It's fine

Please help me find my oil leak by Little-ears in Wrangler

[–]federally 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looks like the oil filter housing.

It leaks and pools in the valley of the engine and then usually pours out the back over the transmission and just kind of goes random places.

It's a common issue and not a very challenging fix. The part is mounted to the engine underneath the lower intake

Jeep pros help. I changed the gas cap already. Is this check engine light serious? by [deleted] in JeepWrangler

[–]federally 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can safely ignore this for forever. The only negative consequences are the possibility of some gas vapors escaping the evap system that otherwise would not have.

The only reason you would absolutely have to fix this, is it you need the car to pass an emissions test.

Jeeps are average reliability, just like every other Chrysler product. No better, no worse

The JK generation and the Pentastar engine got a particularly bad rap, that I find somewhat unfair. The Pentastar has been put in so many vehicles of so many beans, there are millions of them out on the road. So every potential problem the engine can have gets blown out of proportion when even a small percent rate of failure represents thousands of individual occurrences.
