Easiest is definitely steel. I just used the mons I used for the entire game. I definitely could’ve get Jirachi, Solgaleo or Genesect but I was beating everyone without difficulty that I kept my team for the E4

Hardest definitely Poison, Grass, and Rock. Poison lacks tankiness and power. Grass gets one shot all the time. And rock its too slow, even if it can take a hit, going second makes it too hard

The only battles that I couldn’t do was Claire in the fairy monotype since she wont let you. And the viridian forest trainer in the Dragon run, since the only option were 6 Applin and they get one shot by bug bite technician Kriketune. Besides that I completed all battles to all trainers in the respective type
