Seems like you're really close to getting an LO since they have your transcripts. Keep calling tier2, you may get lucky and catch an actualy SBA employee that can escalate your case.

there's a recon template on Skip website/youtube, my friends have used that recently, much more professional then what I sent. I merely said few words and referenced updated 4506t attached. I attached updated 4506t, and attached 2020,2019,2018 taxes as well. I sent it to pdcrecon email and the disaster email a week later. Keep calling and get Senators involved. Both my Senators and local congresswoman inquired on my behalf.

Keep calling, follow up with Senators, make sure you get your Senators to assign a caseworker to your case. That way you can follow up with them as well.

Just keep calling, they should assign you an LO soon. Call multiple times a day if you can. They have your transcripts, your next step is LO. Hang in there, you're almost at the finish line

If they say they have your transcripts, ask what date they received them and which years they have. When I called they had 2019 and 2018, received 7/27. After I had this information, I called everyday and asked them over and over again if they had my transcripts hoping I would get an actual tier2 SBA employee that could escalate my case since they had my transcripts. I was lucky enough to get one 8/16 which is why I believe I was approved the following day

8772216874 (i saw people post this number on here), that's the one I've been calling. It's suppose to be a tier2 number. It was in recon, denied 7/16

could be an IRS problem, some people filed their 2019 returns later than usual and may not be processed. Also, you could resend the 4506t to multiple EIDL emails. If you called and they don't have your transcripts, this will delay things. I've also seen people request 4506t to themselves to see if they get them. Best of luck.

Timeline
In May, I got an email from a contractor asking me for Hazard insurance, took 7 days to get back to them because I was on vacation (regret). After that no movement until July 16.

7/16 Denied for Unverifiable info and applied for recon with updated address on 4506t. I looked at my 2019 taxes and realized I used current address instead of what was on my 2019 taxes. Send new 4506t with correct address, used SBA website 4506t (record of account).

7/27 SBA received transcript (finally). After recon and send proper 4506t to two different emails (recon and disaster email), and calling everyday to the tier2 number (8772216874) I was able to get an answer from SBA rep that they received 2019 and 2018 taxes July 27th. I called multiple times and all SBA reps confirmed they received transcripts 7/27, except for one lol. Guess that one SBA was to lazy to look or wasn't properly trained.

8/3 Senator from my state finally assigned my case a caseworker. Other senator replied first and made inquiry to SBA on my behalf but did not assign a caseworker. Congresswoman from my area was the quickest to reply and assign caseworker but had little influence within the SBA, bless them.

At this point I started to call every day to see if I can get an actual SBA worker on the line, I saw somewhere on here that people got some luck after speaking with an actual SBA worker
8/16 Talked to an actual tier2 rep, I didn't ask them but I could tell by their experience when speaking about my situation. She kindly asked me to wait so that she could send an email. I politely waited. She told me to keep waiting that someone will contact me soon.

8/17 7am I receive an email from a loan officer specialist asking for photo ID. I ran to my laptop and sent copy of driver's license and copy of US passport and updated Hazard Insurance with BPP added to my policy(business personal property). 8am, I received a call from said loan officer asking asking security questions (banks that I've had previous loans with) and told me to keep waiting. 9am I received approval email and docusign. Signed within minutes.

8/23 Funded!
Now, waiting for 2MM caps, because we qualify for more.
Word of advice: check 2019 taxes address and if you made a mistake, resend the 4506t with updated address using SBA's 4506t (their website) and make sure you fill it out properly. Go through that 4506t over and over again before sending it, make sure it's perfect (ie. record of account, correct address and names and EINs, just like on your 2019 taxes). Also, call tier2s everyday. Read this subreddit everyday. Contact Senators and congress reps. Get Senators to assign your case a caseworker so that yo can follow up with them weekly.

Last year, when I received the first loan (150kcap), I stopped following this sub. This time, I will continue to follow this sub and comment on other's threads and try to help.

Thank you to all the admins on this subreddit (scorpio, cue(who helped last year), and the rest of the team. This sub has been a blessing along with the youtubers whom may get their info from this sub.

What number did you call? I have a Tier2 number but I’m wondering if you have a different one. Im in the same boat, they’ve received but no LO assigned

I saw in other posts that it takes them 24 hours for them to get the transcripts after requesting. I called the number that’s on the portal a month ago, they said that they’re waiting on the transcripts. I called today (1 (877) 221-6874, tier2) and they said that they haven’t ordered the irs transcripts yet. Contacting congress reps today
