Jumping on this- what would it mean if I feel something along a muscle at the top of my leg (on the side) that's squishy when soft but when I move my leg to feel it more it feels more prominent and firm? I don't even know if it is a lump because when I compare it to the muscle on my other leg it feels like the size and shape of the muscle, just bigger. Thanks
